| Internal vs External Focus
|
All five of your sense organs are focused on the external world. This is one of the reasons it is so challenging to maintain your centered focus on your own internal realms of freedom and responsibility. The problem with this is that the external world is pretty much outside your control, and it is all too easy to feel like a victim to its fluctuating threats and rewards.
At command central, however, in your inner awareness where you can choose to focus on what is good, right and working in you and your world, you are completely in charge.
Through your daily practice of meditation, journaling and inspirational reading, you are practicing internal focusing, exercising the creative potential of living in full conscious awareness. This is where you have the freedom to actively participate in
the creation of your own reality.
Practice positive inner awareness on an ongoing basis, while moving through the world, observing and appreciating what's going on around you.
