| The Deep Mysteries Of You
|
Your inner awareness is wise, far wiser than your thinking mind. The more you tune in to and listen to your inner wisdom, intuition and deep knowing, the more easily you will hear it. It is a quiet but very powerful voice that speaks from within you. This inner voice of wisdom and knowing is a result of your cumulative life experience, and actually much more.
Here are some ways to increase your access to your inner wisdom and knowing:
- Let your voices of fear, doubt and uncertainty speak freely in a journaling process. This will make them quieter.
- Let your deeper awareness speak by imagining that you are an ancient, wise being that knows you and your entire life intimately. Write words of comfort, encouragement and reassurance from this vantage point.
- Meditate regularly, in order to quiet the noise of your outer mind and hear the inner voice of your deeper knowing. If you don't already know how, learn to meditate here.
Meditation is like tuning your engine before taking the road trip of everyday life. It just makes sense.
