Your brain needs novelty, to stay charged up and illuminated from within. I encourage you to find uplifting, encouraging content to access, read, watch and return to on a regular basis. Make up your mind to find another "big idea" every day to get your motor revved up for a happy and fulfilling day!
Here's a list to get you started, but be sure and develop your own, personal list of books, web sites, blogs and videos that will be sure to ignite that spark of enthusiasm as your brilliant mind gets inspired with yet another wonderful idea about you, your world, and what lies ahead.
Your brain (and mine) slow down and lose momentum with too much repetition and routine...that's why you need that next big idea to keep going. The big idea might actually be a little idea, like, "Today, all day long, I will look for and focus on the beauty and blessings that surround me and fill my life."
Or, it might actually be a big idea, like, "What if I really did become my own best friend? What if I were always encouraging, reassuring and optimistic with myself, no matter what?" That's a very big idea, and one that requires a lot of revisiting and revitalizing to keep it going. Get more big ideas here.
You can do this. By finding your next spark of energy and enthusiasm at the beginning of each day, you're actually tuning your body/mind instrument to maximize your joy and well being throughout your day. That way, we can all make beautiful music together!
