| Go Inside...And Find The Good
|
During this time of a world-wide pandemic, we are guided to stay home, to go inside. There may be more happening here than we realize. There may be gifts in this difficulty, light within this darkness.
Goodfinding means finding the good in everything that happens, in order to derive the maximum benefit from the diversity of experience your life has to offer. So, what is good about this time? Go inside to find out. Not just inside your home, but inside your own heart and inner being.
Our outer world with all of its glitter and gold pulls powerfully at our attention, and now most of that is temporarily shut down, pointing us to the gold that resides inside.
If it's true as Paulo Coelho suggests in The Alchemist that, "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you achieve it," then perhaps we've been asking for this time of going inside without knowing it.
Have you been wanting more peace of mind, or a greater joy of simply being alive? That can only be found within you, and only in the space you create in times of stillness and silence. If this interests you, I recommend journaling, reading and meditation as the keys to open the doors to the abundance of good that resides right there, within you, right now.
The video below provides a step-by-step guide for Goodfinding journaling.
