Whatever your age or state of health, you can move toward greater fitness, one step at a time, day after day. And, that is foundational to everything else you want!
And finance? Well, that's actually part of your fitness. Your total fitness is a result of your physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, financial and social well being. Don't leave anything out!
And what about the fun part! Make up your mind that you're going to have fun with all of this, or...guess what? You won't stick with it. Get creative and make your exercise, your learning and all of your self-development fun.
