Fully Engaged & Enthusiastic!

Remember that boundless energy you had as a child? Well, believe it or not, it's still there. It is no less than your very life force. Like everyone else, you layered limiting thoughts, beliefs and experiences over it, so that you have only limited access to it most of the time.

So, the good news is that you can remove those layers, one or more at a time, and regain access to that amazing, exuberant energy you had as a child. Steadily and persistently practicing gratitude, appreciation and optimism is a great way to create and maintain access to that boundless joy and enthusiasm, but sometimes it's good to take specific action to remove some of those old self-limiting layers.

You know how light dispels darkness when you shine it into a dimly lit area? Well, that's how it works when you begin to access and re-awaken the happy child within you. The light of love and creative child energy dispels the darkness, and also illuminates what's hidden in those dark spaces. These free guided imagery exercises will help you to 1) connect with, and 2) release that beautiful, joyful child within you, so that s/he can give full expression to the amazing person you were born to be.

You've probably noticed how life can be sort of anxiety-provoking. Well, anxiety is not only one of the most common issues we human beings struggle with, it's also one of the thickest, heaviest layers hiding and holding down that internal well being and joy that we all want. Watch the video below, and you'll see exactly how this works, and how you can set yourself free to be the bright, energetic and loving person you choose to be.
