Define & Refine Your Vision

What do you see ahead of you? When you imagine your future, are you expecting exactly what you want and dream of, or are you allowing the default expectation of something not so great? Or...do you not think about it at all, and just react day by day to what comes your way? You have a lot more choice and freedom about your future outcomes than you may realize.

You are the pilot, the captain, the master of your destiny, whether you realize it or not.

The focus of your vision defining and refining is right now, tomorrow, next year and the rest of your life. Start each day using your brilliant creative imagination to envision the kind of day you want to have. Then expand that vision to extend into the week, month, year and/or decade ahead of you.
How to define and refine your vision:
  1. Write it down. Don't hold back. Go for it all the way, while making it as believable as possible. Go into detail in your writing. Be optimistic!
  2. Visualize it happening. Picture what you'll look like as you realize your dreams of health, happiness, fun, success and great relationships.
  3. Imagine how you will feel when it has already happened. Your imagination is creative by nature, so go as far as you can with this. Imagine the feelings of satisfaction, accomplishment, joy and fulfillment. Savor these feelings for at least 3-5 minutes.
Remember, if you're not doing this in a positive, conscious manner as recommended here, your subconscious mind will take over and run the default predictions...which are far too often fear-based.

Take charge of your brilliant reality-creating mind. Be intrepid, and step bravely and enthusiastically into the brightest possible vision of yourself and your world.
