Your Life Is Your Work Of Art

Your thoughts are your paintbrush, your attitude provides the texture, and your emotions splash your creation with color. You, breathing inside there, you are the artist. We are always creating, whether we know it or not, so let's make it good!

Here is how your creative process works:

1) You have expectations for your future. This includes your hopes, dreams, fears and beliefs about what is yet to come.

2) You're going to want to be right. Whatever you expect, believe or fear, it is your nature to want to be right. This is how we validate ourselves as human beings.

3) You will be looking for evidence to support your expectations, fears, hopes and beliefs. This is the truly creative mechanism of this three part process. And this is where Goodfinding comes in.

You want your life, your art, to be beautiful, fun and inspiring, right? Here's how you do that:

1) Expect the best, and look forward to it with enthusiasm. Develop optimistic beliefs about your health and happiness. This is an essential first step.

2) Look forward to being right about what you expect. You're going to love it.

3) Diligently, persistently look for evidence to support your optimistic beliefs and expectations. Be a Goodfinder.
